About the Role

This position provides leadership and strategic direction to Maintenance teams for their assigned activities with afocus on HSE, quality, cost management and activity duration.

Duties and Responsibilities

Leading HSE and Sustainability

Safety Leader. Accountable for the safe execution of onsite maintenance work Site through the stewardship of the WMS work management processes. (MoC,ISSoW, OSC, Field Leadership, GSR's, FP6, Risk Management, Critical Control Management, etc.)

Able to qualify for Advanced PSCR role within 12 months

Delivering Business Results

Accountable for ensuring teams assigned activities are delivered safely, efficiently and to a quality standard that ensures high reliability

Accountable for developing and forecasting team's annual budgets

Accountable for delivering sustainable top quartile business outcomes through continuous improvement and quality delivery

Responsible for defining and leading new ways of working that deliver improved performance via maintenance management procedures

Responsible for supporting the maintenance build and the review of EPC and Maintenance contractors’ deliverables

Capability Development

Responsible for maintenance team build-out, capability assessment and succession planning of team members.

Accountable for ensuring all team members’ development plans arein-place and continuously progressed

Accountable for the management and oversight of maintenance team Training & Competency requirements

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

Trade Certificate and/or Higher Education and/or Professional Qualification

Skilled level of competence in maintenance processes

Knowledge level of competence in SAP CMMS

Skilled level of knowledge in maintenance/ projectmanagement processes. (HSEQ, planning, costing, materials, risk, contracting & resourcing)

Skilled level of knowledgein budgeting and project management execution forlarge scale Events.

Ability to lead a multi discipline team

Ability to influence and earn credibility across all levels of the organisation

Strong business acumen and agility tomake good business decisionsin a timely manner under trying conditions

Knowledge in LNG operations, process and equipment

10+ years' experience in same or similar role
