Maintenance Planner Clerk

PURPOSE OF THE JOB: Assist the Maintenance Planner to provide a Maintenance Planning service for safe and efficient operations on the Boskop site.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

Assist the Maintenance Planner in balancing weekly schedules and artisan capacities.

Review, verify, and close out maintenance requests on SAP, ensuring high-quality technical feedback.

Monitor maintenance backlogs and compile weekly/monthly performance reports (e.g., PM compliance, breakdown rates).

Draw and track stock items and raise purchase requisitions on SAP.

Manage, track, and archive all legal and statutory inspection certificates to ensure continuous audit readiness.

Coordinate documentation and site-access requirements for external engineering contractors.

Adheres and implements Rheinmetall Denel Munitions Policies and Procedures and ensures compliance to ISO Standards with respect to SHE/Quality/Environmental/Energy
