Job Summary
This senior level position is responsible for assisting with the proper scheduling and assigning of maintenance activities relating to surface production equipment, pipelines, electrical distribution systems, meters, field automation, pads, lease roads, buildings, and site security in order to aid in optimizing the productive and efficient operations of the site.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Examine complex work requests; create, plan, and schedule Work Orders and reviews all orders with Foreman and other Supervisors
Ensure all ongoing field level data and ensures all transactions are up to date in SAP
Develop weekly schedule and assists Maintenance Foreman and other Supervisors in determining all job priorities
Create and fully manage all Preventive Maintenance schedules and tasks lists
Coordinate with Procurement/Materials Coordinators and may assist with purchasing functions
Identify, analyze, and review equipment maintenance issues to include failure analysis with Foreman and other personnel
Leads in educating operations or facilities personnel in maintenance management
Participate in maintenance field networking and disseminate regional learnings
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Specific Skills
Advanced experience in upstream AND/OR midstream Oil and Gas maintenance & planning
Advanced administrative and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills
Ability to facilitate and coordinate meetings
Education & Experience
Minimum: High School Diploma or GED and 8 years related work experience or an equivalent substitution for education of 12 - 16 years related work experience
Preferred: Bachelor's degree - from accredited university
Preferred: SAP Plant Maintenance experience
Additional Qualifications
Ability to possess a valid drivers license
