Senior Turnaround Scheduler
APVantage LLCAre you ready to work?
Senior Turnaround Scheduler. Montana. On-site. Sixty to ninety days, and you demob by Christmas.
Interviews start Monday. Whoever we pick is on-site the Monday after that. Per diem paid at the national rate.
Read that timeline again, because it decides whether this post is for you. If you're standing on a job today that isn't finished, this isn't your role. No sponsorship, no runway, no waiting on a start date. We need somebody who can mobilize inside a week.
Now the part that matters most. You're not building this schedule. The baseline is already in P6. You're stepping into somebody else's file and taking it over: adjusting logic and sequencing as scope firms up, maintaining data integrity, progressing off actual field performance, and reporting planned versus actual, critical path, and manpower forecasts to people who will make decisions off your numbers that same day.
That's a different skill than building from a blank page, and honestly it's the harder one. Anybody can build their own logic and follow it. Picking up a schedule you didn't write, finding what's soft in it, and holding it through execution takes ten years to learn. Which is exactly what we're asking for.
I'm looking hard at experienced hands in Montana, Wyoming, Idaho, the Dakotas, Alberta, and Saskatchewan. If you're already in that country and you know what a window like that feels like, we should talk today. Canadians, you'll need existing US work authorization.
Current drug screen and background check already in hand is a plus. It shortens the runway on both sides.
Send me your resume today. Let's talk.
