With a strong commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Demand Planner to support our growing Pasta & Entrée business segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and distribute daily/weekly production schedules based on inventory levels and customer orders

  • Understand plant capabilities, run rates, and capacity to effectively plan production

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build long-range production plans

  • Monitor finished goods and co-pack inventory levels, and coordinate with co-packers

  • Analyze and generate reports related to production and inventory

  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure schedules align with staffing and equipment

  • Troubleshoot QA hold items and adjust production plans as needed

  • Participate in team meetings and supply chain initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred 

  • 1–3 years of experience in demand planning, production scheduling, or a similar role (equivalent education and experience considered)

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Familiarity with inventory management and forecasting systems

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced food manufacturing setting

  • Exposure to wet/humid conditions, mechanical equipment, and varying temperatures

  • Frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams
