Systems & Planning Process

  • Execute planning activities across SAP, Encompix and Kinaxis.
  • Monitor planning signals and exceptions and take appropriate action to maintain material availability.
  • Support accurate material masters, BOMs, sourcing information and planning parameters when issues affect production planning.
  • Document standard work and support improvements to planning, transaction and intercompany processes.
  • Participate in testing, stabilization and implementation of planning-process improvements.

Planning Analysis & Continuous Improvement

  • Use planning reports to identify shortages, overdue orders, inventory issues and delivery risks requiring action.
  • Investigate recurring supply or transactional issues and support corrective actions.
