About you and this role
In this role, you
will act as a key coordinator between plant operations and service
providers, ensuring seamless integration of activities and alignment
with plant strategy, budget, and business objectives. This role requires
advanced technical and operational expertise to manage complex work
assignments and may involve leading and guiding others.
Responsibilities
- Ensure
EHS company values, personal behaviors and procedures are applied in
your area of responsibility. Coordinate, prioritize, and schedule plant
activities using the Operations Dashboard (OPD) and Task Lists.
- Ensure operational tasks are value-added, clearly defined, and completed on schedule.
- Review and align service requests, procedures, and plans with plant operations.
- Act as liaison between plant personnel and functional support organizations for resource allocation and activity coordination.
- Compliance activities, and turnaround tasks to ensure alignment with operational goals.
- Collect
and analyze process data for continuous improvement and corrective
actions. Ensure material flows are properly recorded in ERP tool
Qualifications
- Short-Cycle Tertiary Degree (Associate’s) in Process Technology or related field preferred.
- Equivalent experience in process operations, manufacturing, or related areas accepted in lieu of degree.
- Fluency in Swedish and English languages

- Strong EHS contribution
- Strong coordination and scheduling abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of plant operations, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage budgets and monitor operational performance.
- Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical skills for process improvement and troubleshooting.

- May act as a working team lead, providing guidance and coordinating work of others.
